Mango New Plugin Basic Pod

When first I tried the side note plugin from Mark Aplet was a nice plugin and works properly.
Afterward I needed to have one at the top and one at the bottom of my page; also I wanted to have a title for each.

Mark Aplet from www.visual28.com creates a nice plugin for Mango to allow you to add a side note. I wanted to have the possibilities to add a title for it and more than one.
